This application required top precision and thorough cleanliness on the product itself, on the production equipment and in the production premises. SiLibeads Sealing balls are made directly from the glass melt. Every single ball is checked for its diameter. We can guarantee tolerances of up to +/-0.15 mm. Optical sorting systems are used on request in order to check the sphericity of the balls. A 100% check is ensured.
SiLibeads Sealing balls are produced in production premises in accordance with the HACCP hygiene standard. A contamination of the washed and sorted balls is ruled out. All employees are trained and work in accordance with these standards.
SiLibeads Sealing balls are permanently checked for heavy metals and microbiological contamination. Every delivery is provided with a quality certificate if requested by the customer.
SiLibeads Sealing balls are automatically packaged in PET bags in accordance with the foods industry. Safe and clean transportation to the customer is guaranteed. Our production and storage capacities allow delivery to deadline. Even if an unplanned requirement arises at a customer, this is processed to deadline by our Safety Stock.
